Same problem in here.
What I've noticed this is 4G problem. Switching to 3G solves the problem.
Are you with three network by any chance ?
In my case it happens in really poor coverage areas.
This is description of my problem which I was about to post:
While phone is in the poor network coverage from (barely any 3G, no 4G at all) for some reason phone is showing that is registered to 4G network (this is the only time actually is showing 4G).
Problem is that 4G coverage shown is fake as it can’t make any calls neither access internet.
Problem is that somehow it’s registered in to the network (three UK in this case). If someone is trying to call me at the time he will hear dialling tone – it’ll look like I’m just not picking up
Ringtone doesn’t ring, vibrate not starting, absolutely no signs of incoming calls – even if screen is on - nothing at all.
Phone is fully working at the time of this happening it just not showing incoming calls.
Few of my colleagues tried to ring me for many times until I’ve realised that I’m not getting any information about incoming calls.
This definitely cross of this phone as daily runner .
Possibly this may have something to do with “Three UK” network introducing calls over 800MHz 4G they call this “4G Super-Voice”
A phone needs software update to be compatible with this.
You may suggest yours engineers to look in to this as this seems to be the problem that a loads of people having. |
