Can I use any 5V 2A Charger?

In case I'm on my car or other place, can I use a regular 5V 2A charger to charge my UMI Super?
It won't charge as fast as UMI original 12V 1,5A but should work?

Yes it works. I know because i've tried with my mi powerbank + belkin car charge and it was ok.
