Dear Marret,

Please install the v3.05 version with SP Flash Tool. If your phone has no any kind of hardware issues, it should work perfectly after processing this ROM flashing.

I also had reboots until I discovered that was not the software but the battery failed to make contact and that the restart is that the quality control of UMI not worth much, was solved by putting a wedge of paper between the battery and the body of the phone and thus restarts are over.

Hi @taospirit : What is the difference between choosing " Firmware Upgrdae " and " Download " in the SP Tools?

I used " downloads " previously but haven't used " firmware upgrade " yet .

Thanks

Hi @pablin2006: I tried placing what you recommended but it did not work. The problem occurred after I upgraded UMI Rome v 1 to Uni Rome v 5.
Thanks anyway

Dear users,

When you choose the Firmware Upgrade option, the flasher app will use the preloader file contained by the ROM folder. Moreover, it will format each partition one by one before flashing the new content, so the old data won't be just overwritten but wiped as, make it possible to get a clean install after the flashing process.
