The Huawei P8 lite indeed has a very good camera. The difference in low light condition is that, the P8 lite applies a much stronger noise reduction at high ISO speeds. The result is a more consistent but less detailed photo. That can be better used directly but useless for post processing. Which one is better for you depends on your taste and needs.
The photo you provided here is a really bad one (sorry) but can be used for somewhat post processing. I can't identify the reason of the red spot at the center via only one photo.
You can upload your photo to a cloud drive (dropbox, google drive etc.) and then just insert its link in the editor as an image.
