Umi ROME v3.04 - Tactile problem

Hi!

I have my Umi Rome since February, and I tried a lot of things to resolve my problem. I made a video to show you.

It can be so annoying when typing messages or just to navigate...
Sometimes, the screen think that I touch every where, close app, re-open it...

Does anyone have the same problem? Did someone solved it?

Dear jiday,

Your touch screen panel seems to be defective, it's not a software bug. In this case the only solution is to replace that part since the touch panel itself cannot be repaired.
You can find the needed part for the cheapest price here: Vifocal Aliexpress shhop
The replacement should be processed by a skilled repairman.
Since your purchase should be under valid warranty, I suggest you to contact your reseller. They should replace your phone (after returning it) for free or compensate your repair cost.

Thank you for your answer, I try to deal with BangGood, because they want to receive the phone first, and then if it's actually a real problem, send a new one or refund, but I use this phone to work... So, maybe I'm going to replace the screen myself, will see...
