That's probably (almost sure) not a software problem but an assembly issue. That can be the result of a bad soldering of the wires of the speaker or (as a very rare occasion) a defective or damaged (by packers) speaker module.
So, unfortunately your issue cannot be resolved remotely. You should negotiate with your reseller about whether to return your phone or to take it to a local repair shop to make it repaired.
