UMI Rome - touch responding not well

I am a journalist from Poland. I have my new UMI Rome, I am not satisfyed. The phone touch screen is not responding to touch so good as other phones.
I use the screen protector attached with phone, but I think it is not the reason.
So the screen is not responsive, sometimes it takes more time to scroll, or click

I am not sastisfyed with UMI Rome...
