Flashing rom with sp

Would it be possible to downgrade the rom to 20160415 from the current 20160517? And what would be the best way to do that?

Dear kislery,

That's possible with SP Flash Tool without any limitations but would be absolutely pointless. Updates contains only improvements, no new bugs.
If you don't believe it, you can try to flash your phone with an earlier version, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option (complete rewriting of the whole software content), test your phone, then flash it with the same method but with the newest ROM version.
