SPFT is a low-level ROM flashing tool, so it's quite a deeper and cleaner tool than anything with TWRP.
Here's a possible solution. Since I (or anybody else at UMI) could not reproduce your issue of the missing fingerprint settings, I don't know if it will work or not.
Here's an nvram backup and a modified scatter file to make it available to flash the nvram partition separately or together with the other partitions.
UMI_Touch_nvram.rar.
- Extract the two files in the archive into the folder of the downloaded ROM package and load the MT6753_Android_scatter_Touch_nvram.txt file in the flasher app.
- Now you can see the nvram partition amongst the other ones.
- Flash your phone choosing the Firmware Upgrade option.
