Black screen on phone calls

On both phones, when I make a phone call it stays on black screen
my rome is v3.0.5
i test all version not solution

Dear younesdex,

Please, flash your phone with the latest ROM version with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' method in the flasher app. That will completely rewrite the whole software content of your phone, so this method can rule out any possible software issue.

this problem is not in software But when pressed on the top of the phone actuation sensor then light up the screen the problem in fabrication because

In that case that's a hardware related issue. There's a rubber piece inside, surrounding the proximity sensor. That rubber piece might be misaligned or that part of the screen covering the proximity sensor might be too dirty. The rubber piece should be adjusted (needs a repair man) or the screen to be cleaned.

You should contact your reseller and get negotiated about how to resolve your issue. The repair process needs a skilled repairman.
