It runs just fine for me. The problem isn't that it doesn't work or is incompatible. It's that we don't have a traditional way to initiate/activate it. Currently I have it running just like normal by using a combination of things. I'm rooted and have Xposed with GravityBox and Xposed Additions.
Go into Xposed Additions buttons remap. Add the home button and the condition of "Screen On", then activate 1click "Long Press". Choose Application>Shortcut>GravityBox Actions>Google Now.
There is only 1 downside to Xposed Additions and that is it won't allow you to turn off your hardware buttons. If you enable on screen buttons, the hardware buttons stay active too. Upside is this allows for remapping and really using the Extra Button the Super has. Examples include taking a pic or focusing while in the camera app.
Btw Xposed Additions isn't needed to activate Google Now, but only to remap it to a particular button. GravityBox is whats really activating the action. |
