About voice and video calls

dear expert friends ..
Making 3G video calling feature could not find (by means of telephone lines .on the internet. but I ask to speak to a telephone operator) . What you can do about it.

and

making phone calls, voice very low (I crank up the manual volume control does not work), and to whom I spoke my voice hoarse and going low. Do you have suggestions or corrections for what reason?

Dear timerist,

Video calling is not supported yet by the built-in phone app. I asked the engineers to investigate this lack of a basic function. Until it will be resolved, I suggest you to use a third party video calling app.

Thee last update (v3.03-20160423) contains some improvements related to the microphone and ear-piece volume. So, I suggest you to install it via Settings --> About phone --> Wireless update.
