I'm having beats solo 2 headsets, when I try them with my phone that I bought like 4 days ago. I hear static noise and pops at some frequencies. Can somebody help me please? Any solution? Somebody told me that the problem is with the jack is that right?

Dear CptPackage,

I suggest you to try another pair of headphones to ensure that, this issue is caused by the phone only.
You can try to install this app, that can eliminate such noises: http://community.umidigi.com/for ... eid%3D30&page=1
It might be caused by a bad connection of the audio jack but in that case, moving the plug of your headphones in the socket should cause an audible effect.

Regards,
Bence

I've tried other pairs like beats mixlr. But as both of them show the details of the signals I still hear the noise. I've downloaded the app but it actually didn't change anything. And when I move the jack or turn it around nothing changes. Someone told me that the socket masking might not be good.

Excuse me, but why did 15 days pass with no one helping? Aren't you capable to resolve my problem?

Your issue cannot be resolved remotely since that's probably  caused by a unique defection of the hardware and we can't hear what you hear. I suggest you to take your phone to a repair shop.

I tried the same headphones on another UMI Iron Pro of my friend, and the issue presists.

After reviewing the specs of beats solo 2, the source of the problem might be that, it's a pair of iPhone compatible headset, while UMI Iron Pro (as other Android phones generally) is built with a Nokia compatible headset connector.

Without hearing what you hear, this is still just an idea. I suggest you to try to use 3-pin jack (without mic) headphones or a headset, that's advertised as a Samsung compatible one.
