Dead Umi Touch

Today i have restart my umi touch. After restart nothing happens. I can connect my phone to adb developer. So there is an connection to the pc. I can also go to the menu bootloader / fastboot / restart. When i try restart nothing happen. Battery is about 80%.

What can i do now ?
