Hello,
I just got my Umi Touch today and when I 1st powered it on the flash light / rear flash was working, but after a couple of hours I tried it again and it wont ligtht up, neither on the camera app not on the flash light toggle.
The front flash works fine.
Has anyone had this issue and knows how to fix it?

Thank you

Hi,

You're the first one who reports a such issue here. To lock out any possible software malfunction, I suggest you to reflash the ROM of your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option. That will completely rewrite the whole software - you will lose your user data as well.

If that doesn't help, then probably the connection of the LEDs or its electronics is damaged and need to be repaired. Unfortunately in this latter case we can't help you here. You should request a replacement from your reseller or ask a skilled repairmen to check your phone.

Regards,
Bence

Thank's a lot, but for some reason it just started working again... If it stops working again I will do what you mentioned above.

Maybe that was just a temporary software freezing. Hopefully it won't appear again.

Dear,
Do you remember how much battery power left you have on your phone? If the battery power lower than 15%, the flash light can't been turned on.
