Loud speaker and finger print device lost

I received my UMI touch on 28/4, I do a system upgrade via FOTA. I play with it, incuding the scanning of 2 fingerprints. Once the battery level reacht around 5%, I plugged the travel charger, but with quickly it became very hot and it smelt burn. I had to use the charger of my old phone to get a full charge.

The main trouble is that since this incident the loud pseaker and the fingerprint reader are unvailable.

Is it a way to fix it ?

Maybe try to Flash your phone by SP Flash Tool using Firmware Upgrade option. There are some overall instructions at this forum ;)

That's sad but maybe your phone received an over voltage from the burning charger causing some defections in the hardware. If you've already reflashed your phone but no change, then there's no other way than to request a replacement from your reseller. Don't tell them about the flashing since (although that's not true) many resellers think that, that warranty gets voided if the buyer updates the firmware of his phone.
