Echo when talking

Ok i was testing it for few days .. i thought it was those who call ... its there problem .. now i find its this set problem
when i or someone call i get echo and low quality voice
so i put my sim in my old samsung and nokia mobile .. from the same place
Voice is very good and clear with samsung and nokia .. but when i put my sim in umi touch .. call quality get very low.
Is it software problem or hardware problem ??
I use GrameenPhone 3G network.

That's a hardware issue but it can have several reasons. Your phone should be checked by a skilled repairman or I suggest you to contact your reseller.
