I have a new umi Touch,
Made all the OTA updates....
I put 2 sims properly and I need to go in clear sky to get some signal. Even outside I loose conection when I am in a higher place.
If i go inside my house ( 5/5 network on all other smartphones)  the lines drop until no signal on bouth sim cards, and  at the window I have 1 bar , I can't make a call.
If I put the phone on the floor , instant loose signal on bouth cards.IF I hold in hand...in 10-15 sec the signal appears , but weak.
What should I do?

The GSM antenna might have a bad connection in your phone, that cannot be solved by a software solution. Your phone should be checked by a repairman or I suggest you to contact your reseller for a replacement.

Dear,
Where are you from? Which SIM cards you used?

same problem about the radio system on my touch.
i live in italy (but the problem is not the location )

the incoming signal is very poor.

if i can help umi support i can say that there is an issue about the reading signal.
when i see near the max signal indicated on the status bar i read into the "phone info, signals, sim," -117 dbm (near the noise ground ) and 8 asu

so 2 problems:
1-indicator on status bar is misaligned to real incoming signal
2-not right correlation to dbm and asu

just 2 cent

can umi support investigate about my evidence?
