Big problem with sd card

Hi everyone.
I got the umi touch on end of march, and the SD card formatage crash every time. I have a class 10 SD card sandisk.
The formatage process crash at 20% absolutely everytime. I send some emails to umi staff, none of them answer me. I think the umi is bugged.
Did someone got the same problem?
Can someone help me?

Hi,

I suggest you to try another SD card and format your existing card to FAT 32 file system with Windows.

Already done. Doesn't work. I'll send it back and they will send me a new one

Same proble here, it happens with mine Umi Touch and anther motorolla moto g 2nd.
Tried with several sd micro cards.
