Vibration not working

Hi, after 5 months my iron pro vibration doesn't work anymore. Both notification and keyboard vibration. I tryed to switch rom and even with the stock rom it doesn't work, any fix?

Can you try to restore a factory settings on your phone?

If even changing ROM and restore factory settings, vibration continue not working, probably  vibration mpdule was damaged and should be changed

Even the led notification doesn't work... If I send it to assistence, can UMI fix also the few
scratches I have on the backcover?

If your phone is defective and under warranty, you should contact your reseller to repair or replace your phone. That won't be processed directly by the factory. A scratched back cover is not a warranty problem.
