If I ask you to return your phone for a replacement (because your issue cannot be resolved remotely), that doesn't mean to ignore your problem. To receive an accurate knowledge, I got through all the threads related to UMI Touch and found 25 users (out of 50k+ buyers of this model), who ever reported an issue about the GPS. Here's the list:
marek2003, VTS_Tibi, arthurr, jbnl1000, COLEMANUK, ADW1264, jayss, gregf, kislery, Popeye59, Jackal, PaulusB, zecompadre, houdini, luca.dt, piki, GerardteM, The_Mazman, alopes, haupha08, AlastairWalker, Cta.pruebas, josemfg102, TOPO65, InDiliNel.
Although I asked you multiple times to share the links of some such forums where many users reported this GPS issue, I've never got a single link.
UMI continuously polishing the software of this phone, but serious issues, that probably caused by sporadic hardware defections, cannot be resolved by software updates.
So, while we honestly apologize for any inconveniences, that your purchased UMI smartphone caused to you, we sincerely ask you to contact your reseller and request a replacement of a such defective device. Although, we would really regret it, we also can understand if you don't want to use a UMI smartphone anymore. However, arrogant abuse of this brand and its representatives with ignoring all the efforts we make is not allowed here.
