My phone Umi ROme X very bad connection to the mobile cell. Only near base station. And it is only with one mpbile operator, with other too all good. I tried different ROM it no gave any results. Can you help me?

It use 2100 Mhz. I can connection, but only near base station.

That's a WCDMA frequency for 3G data connection. Do you mean, you have a special subscription without GSM service?
