WIFI Problem

Hi,

I am not satisfaid by UMI IRON PRO.
Nowadays, it is not possible that the wifi is not working correctly. When the problem will be update!!!???

Please could you specify which kind of problems are having you with wifi?

I'm with an IRON Pro and I can connect on different wifis without any problem

i have send my phone in reparatio...
I have received my phone today, but now, when i take my password, i have the message "authentication problem". i have try other wifi, but same problem!!??!!
I don't understand why !!
Can you help me?

When you select your WiFi network and input your password, do you then see the connection bars at the status bar *top of the phone* .If you see the status bar as connected and then you get an " !" next to your wifi signal that would mean your router is not giving your phone an IP number ( authentication issue)

Please let us know how far you are getting with connecting to the wifi.

No I don't have the connection bars status.

When i select the wifi network, i take the password... I have the indication: Authentification.. Register... and to finish problem authentification...

I never have the status bar as connected.

I don't understand why.
