Software bugs! Apps won't run on the background.

We are all still waiting for a resolution.

No one comes forward to let us know anything.

How long is going to still take UMI, to come forward and fix this issue for us?

I understand, but how serious can it be having a phone that does not receive notifications nowadays?

No messages, no weather updates, no emails, no steps counting, no Skype, nothing.

Is that not serious enough? You know we have been waiting a long time for a resolution now.

Just flashed the ROM, wiped the cache, re-installed everything, but makes no difference.

Rooted the phone, even played around with some startup managing apps, but nothing.

Makes no difference whatsoever. Whatever the issue is, is already built into the ROM itself.

From the moment you swipe an app off the screen, you kill it for good.

No running apps in the background are allowed with this ROM.

Not even if you make an app to startup every time with the system, still does not work.

Please, we desperately need a solution now.

Please, try and get an updated status on the resolution of this issue for us.

How is it going to be resolved, by an OTA update or through a new ROM, and if UMI has an estimated-time-of-delivery?

You can expect a Rootjoy update and if that's possible, I always get and share the flash tool version. You can't expect an OTA update.
Nowadays I hardly can communicate with UMI (rare and short-spoken responses) because my primary contact person resigned from the company last week. I'm trying to do my best to help you. Since this is an issue to be resolved, not a planned development, a specified deadline is not available.
