Speaker doesn't work (UMI ROME)

I did factory reset but the speaker has still problem.
I bought the phone via gearbest,  but i live in Vietnam so i cannot request replace new phone

Regardless of your position, your reseller should offer a replacement of your defective phone if that's still covered by warranty.

i have same problem, cannot hear on ear speaker. If i change to loud speaker is OK.
