Unfortunately, a small Chinese company can't always be perfectly fair, or they finish their business quickly. That's easy to say your suggestions but impossible to process them.
If your phone is defective, just request a replacement or a refund. If you are just not satisfied with it, then sell it and buy a different model. That's just so simple. As far as I know, the satisfied users of UMI Iron still form a much bigger mass than the dissatisfied group. |
