IRON Pro won't charge or connect to any PC

Guys I've faced the following problem now. The phone won't charge. I've managed to open the Service Manu and when I go in the Hardware and then to USB and when I made some USB checks it suddenly started to charge again. The problem now is that the phone is charging, but I cannot connect to the PC. The PC (data) connection is not working now. When I plug it into the PC, it is only charging again and not even asking what mode I want or something like that. The PC is not detecting it as a device too. What should I do? Will a ROM full reflash fix this problem? As it seems like a software one. Also when I reboot the phone, it does not want to charge again and I must do the same procedure with the engeneering menu again to make it charge. Even stranger than this is that the phone charges without any problems when it is turned off. The Fastboot mode is also working and I was able to reflash the 3.02 software with Flashtool on it, but again - the problem stays.
Please, tell me what to do!

I had problem with connection and charging when phone was connected to USB 3.0. Conected to USB 2.0 works fine (and i connected it directy to computer mainboard).
