I think it is called MTK VCOM Driver or something, I saw it somewhere here in pastbut the search feature here is shit

Kindly refresh and restart ur mobile and PC/laptop & use the same UMI TRAVEL CHARGER USB, this process will help u, bcoz i have used and updated & it's helping n working perfectly thru my laptop/windows 10. Hope this will help accordingly.

NB: Kindly update windows thru the windows OS setting-->windows update-->check for update,,, ->Available updates will be downloaded and installed automatically.
