Thank you for your answer, you was the last hope to fix the microphone issue of 2G,3G,4G calls.
As support just closed ticket without  answer, I am applying for warranty in the website were I bought with ticket6443897 and "LINIO | SOLICITUD DE GARANTÍA -263254922 >1000422986600 - Umidigi Official Store"

I really like this phone and I hope the store does not return my money, I prefer the issue solved. For now I already put in box the phone and purchased a different phone from rivals.

Hello everyone.

I have a problem, a few months ago I bought a Bison 2021 Global device. But unfortunately it crashed and the screen broke.
I bought a replacement screen, but when I install it, everything works, except that it doesn't show anything on the screen, just a couple of white lines flicker.

I have updated the firmware, but still no success.
Do you know any solution for that problem?
