UMI ROME Light \ Proximity sensor not working

My Rome is not working properly all the time. After a call when I want to hang-up the screen remains black. It also happen when screen is lock and i want to unlock with power button.
It not happens all the time. After that i have only one option " Remove battery and power on again".
Plz tell me solution.

I m also facing the same problem and still not resolved. i bought it from Ali Express online and the seller is not taking responcibilty.

I suggest you to install the latest update with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option.
