It doesn't help to find an acceptable answer if you ask questions based on false facts. The S5 Pro is not, and was not in production already when you contacted our tech support. It's neither being sold for months already since the stocks have run out. Independent sellers may still have some remaining stocks but it's not available on official UMIDIGI channels. The S5 Pro was the flagship in 2020, currently the Bison GT is that - which has been released with Android 10 just a few weeks ago since the Android 11 SDK was not provided by MediaTek in time. Worldwide brands can offer Android version upgrades because their handsets are still being sold (make profit) by service providers years after their release dates, not because they are such kindful companies. UMIDIGI is not such a big company, it's small and doesn't plan to grow much bigger.

I think exactly the same after purchasing the S5 pro.

What a waste of silicon. A good device, still presents on a lot of online shops and already dead.
Won't buy umidigi again for sure.

Is there someone running GSI roms in here? Is it working fine?

Exactly, coming through three products from Umidigi, from exciting to disappointment in 18 months.

Android 11 is not such important as fix of all bugs that current version have.

Conscious consumer was aware that can't count on new version of android. It's not that kind of brand but if you will provide stable software I think most of users will be very satisfied.

Good evening, I have the following problem and I did not find a solution in the forum, I saw that everything indicated should be done to restore the official rom if there are problems but it did not work, then I describe the problem.

Problem
In the street or any open place, the 4G or 3G signal is maintained at maximum almost all the time, as soon as I enter a room or closed area the signal changes if I am near the exit approximately 4 meters it changes to 4G / 3G / E with 2 bars and changes to null when I get away from the exit, it does not connect with the operator and does not allow making calls, nor does the data work, only when I go out to an open area, the signal returns.

In the case of this ROM the change is May when making calls change the signal from 4G with 3 bars to 3G with 2 bars and the call cannot be made

Reinstall the latest Rom UMIDIGI_S5Pro_20210107.V3.04.rar in all cases the same error exists.

How can I upgrade from version 1.2 to 1.3
It doesn't detect it, or how can I go from 1.2 to 1.1 so that I can go to 1.3?
