I finally figured out how the downgrade process works and rolled back the update to the 5/22 option where the finger print sensor was working. It did not make any difference, so the only thing I can assume is that the hardware is broken. I have sent two messages to the store I bought the phone from but have yet to receive an answer on how I can return it. From other posts I have seen that others are having the same problem. It would be a great phone if it worked like it should for more than two months and if you had a problem you could get it resolved in a timely manner. |
