Maybe if you root your phone then you will be able to tweak kernel and stuff to do what you want.

i rooted my phone and downloaded a app to underclock the cpu but it doesnt change anything

Please help i needed to flash my phone. this is the 5th times of me downloading the ROM UMIDIGI_ONE_V2.0_20190318.V3.14.rar and SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1904.rar. achieve wont open nor extract. ERROR THE ACHIEVE IS EITHER UNKNOWN FORMAT OR DAMAGE. Please help phone stuck on boot need to be flash. i download an archive from another source but not the rom. it opened and extract successfully. please fix upload
