Umi Iron Pro

I have recently recieved the Umi Iron Pro. i know it is new,  however i would like some advice or at least put something out there to be thought about by the UMI company.

1) I know the phone has a metal back and sides, how ever i want to protect these. the phone will drop in the future and will crack or get dents, and i want to prevent this and get some nice looking cover or cases for it.  I am aware there are some available on ebay or banggood however these cases covers are cheap and make the phone look tacky. is there anywhere else to get any good quality cases?  otherwise might be an additional revenue stream the company may like to look into.

2) Im newish to android, it does not seem like this phone comes with much bloatware to me, however i have noticed the 'browser' and radio and a few other things. is there a way of removing these items and the additional clutter i will not use?
