WILL NO MORE LAUNCH UPGRADE TO SOLVE THE RESET PROBLEM?
Will UMIDIGI LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT SUPPORT?

I hope the people who buy the new F1 Play and the S3 Pro get better support than this phone has received. I charged it last night and checked it at bedtime it was on 93%, 7.30 this morning as it has been lying unused it is completely out of battery not enough to start it up. I will start looking for something more reliable and think of what to do with this piece of junk. The 45 day warranty doesn't from Gearbest doesn't give you any time to find out what is going to go wrong it's time they caught up with the rest of the world and took responsibility for their mistakes.

I've asked the same thing a few times and can't get a reply. I don't think anyone at Umidigi reads their forum or they just don't know anything about their phones. Mine has the latest rom and has no problem with signal or anything else except battery usage. It needs charging twice a day at the moment and I don't use it that much to be running it down.

I can't figure it out, I needed to charge the battery twice a day and now it is lasting 3 days at a time, can anyone explain what is happening with this phone ? I'm not complaining about it lasting but I find it hard to trust the phone when it was getting hot to the touch and flattening and I was taking apps off to see what would help. I got fed up of it and just put a load of apps on the phone to see how quickly it would drain and it stopped flattening the battery for no reason and is now working really well. I still can't get on WiFi at the local bike shop but everywhere else is good. I found a page with a support email on it if anyone thinks it might be any help.

Phone has gone mad again flattening the battery and it's almost too hot to touch, 48°C and counting. I'm beginning to wonder if this thing is safe. Does anyone at Umidigi read these forums, I tried the help email and heard nothing back from them. Time to start looking for another phone I think.
I have installed CPU-Z and it showing the battery has 100% with 4248 mV which is a fair bit lower than the advertised 5105 capacity advertised and the phone life is showing as using the screen only and has 14 hours life left at present usage rate. I'm charging it twice a day even when I don't use it or it takes 3 hours to top it up from flat when it gives me a warning. I will stick with it for a few more days till I get enough confidence to buy something else as I don't trust my judgement after choosing this object which is driving me crazy. It was advertised with Oreo and has not got it and it doesn't have any truth told about it whatsoever. It looks good but that is all it has going for it. Fix it Umidigi or do something to restore my confidence.

I have given up and bought a Huawei from A UK dealer so I can at least get a day of use and have a chance of getting something done if it goes wrong. Same price as buying from China as well. I'll put the S2 Lite back in its box and keep reading to see if they fix it.
