Do you know when the new update will come? The phone is currently an absolute nightmare. The service of Gearbest is useless and "Umidigi Technical Support" does not answer at all.

The camera freezing and crash/reboots happens also on older Umidigi Devices...is their work print

Waiting for software solutions guys. As at this stage, mobile is completely unusable! At least let us know exact time when update will be released!

I Umidigi Z2 for today. I'm very disappointed. Firmware is wrong. Thus would not sell. The notification has no diode?

Hello forum Admin?? Is anyone out there... Can we have an update on the new ROM that was promised? Even if its to say you have no idea how to fix it or when it'll be done.. At least it'll give everyone here some closure so they can all send their phones back before Umidigi finishes work on the inevitable Z2 Pro Special Edition with working security and camera (with an actually functional 2nd lens)
