If your phone is dead, you should try to use that flasher, you can't lose anything. Anyway, that's safe to use, just choose the 'Download Only' or the 'Firmware Upgrade' option and never the 'Format All + Download'.

There's an option for that in the Setting/Backup & Reset menu. Doesn't it work?

You should try to charge it with another USB cable.

problum is   when   i  rcieve  my mobile   i  try to  on its not power on i   try to charge 5 hour  still not power on
