Invalid IMEI after using flash tools

I managed to un brick my phone using 1.8 and flash tools, however it now says Invalid IMEI, what can I do now please?

I have the IMEI from the box, but it shows a blank in that tool and when I follow the steps I get a comm error

You can write the imei number manually to the device via engineer mode by following these steps:

Open engineer mode by typing this in your dialler and pressing the call button *#*#3646633#*#*

When engineer mode opens go to CDS info and then Radio info

To write the imei number for the first sim go to phone 1

At the top you'll see a command line that begins with AT+. After the + put a space and then type EMGR=1,7,"your imei number" and then send the command and wait for confirmation message. So for example if your imei is 12345678 then the command would be AT+ EMGR=1,7,"12345678"

Reboot the phone and you should now have the imei number for the primary sim card.

The engineer mode solution won't work if your NVRAM partition is formatted, but you can make a try, of course. Maybe not.
What's that error message in the IMEI repair tool?
The full path in engineer mode is: Connectivity/CDS Information/Radio Information/Phone 1 or 2.

how can i fix it permanently. this is a temporal fix. the invalid imei appear again after factory reset. please also help me to restore my umi iron pro encryption. that also is not working after i flash the phone.
