I can't use snapchat normally cause my screen is too long but not large so when i take videos they are modified to be adapted to a normal screen and it changes the shape of my face so please let us the possibility to change the photo format for snapchat or do something like an update thanks

Hi,
Snapchat just zooms the video recording into full screen but it does not change the aspect ratio. Overall your face will be closer (becomes bigger) by cutting the side and aligning the top and bottom edges of the screen but it's shape won't be changed. It's about the built-in settings of the Snapchat app, we can't do anything with it.
