UMI IRON doesn't charge while turned on

\n\nWhen I got my UMI IRON phone, my USB cable didn't work already. I have been charging it with my old phone's charger. But the new phone only charges when turned off! What should I do? Has this happenned to anybody as well?

The charger you use might output under or over voltage or less than 0.5A charging current. You should try another USB cable and charger head.

When i am using headphone for calling or listening music, Volume is not controllable, to much loud..i cant use headphone. Please advise.

Why don't you use the volume buttons on the upper left side of your phone?

Even using these buttons volume is not lowering/reducing.

Yes, without headset volume buttons works.

So, you use wired headset, connecting to the jack output of your phone and the volume buttons absolutely don't work? Did you try to use another headset?
