Water resistancy is  a very useful and important feature in a smartphone. For me it would mean being able to use my Phone in the rain (as I live in the Netherlands it rains a lot), not having to worry about water damage, and being able to use my Phone to take photo's while swimming.
I personally don't think Face ID is a great feature, I think it's rather unneccesary . Security is very important, but I think a fingerprint scanner already is the best security for a Phone.

It's cool that there is moisture protection, but I often drop my phone in the toilet.
Concerning face ID, this is good, but it would be better to insert NFS technology !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love water resistance for using the phone outside on a rainy day!
Also I don't have to worry if I drop the phone in the bathtub or toilet.

Sure, but only if it is secure. Otherwise I wouldn't use it.
Even apples FaceID can be tricked, as you can see in this Video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhiSBc061JU).

1. Почему мне важна "водонепроникаемость"? да даже потому что у меня такого в телефоне никогда и не было   Это же ведь здорово, что не прийдется переживать за телефон, если попал под дождь или упал в воду*... Да, и ребенок, если бросит его в туалет, то все будет нормально. Я данеюсь...
2. "разблокировка лицом", штука спорная, но в тоже время полезная - например если ты находишься в перчатках, тут то и выручает "разблокировка лицом". Да и просто наверное круто
