Is anyone else's battery swollen? Mine is so bad that I can't press the power buttton any more. Is it possible to get a replacement phone? This is unacceptable. I've only used the provided charger.

Edited by doiiido at 2017-8-7 04:56 \n\nGuys, sorry to hear that, I'd used other standart charger (standart 2A charger for samsung tablets) instead since I heard about the batteries swolen. No problems so far and my phone takes about 2h to charge.Make contact with your phone's seller, you may get an warranty discount so you pay only the shipping costs for the battery to your country or for the phone to the seller.

For your safety buy yorself new batteries and change it. Keep the notes about the costs for exchange them and join the lawsuits against UMIDIGI for refund...
