I'm sorry to tell you but the screen as spare part for UMi Hammer S is not available anymore since that would hardly cost less than the value of a such used phone. If your phone is defective by the factory and your purchase is still covered by warranty, you can request a replacement from your reseller. If the screen is damaged, unfortunately that's better to treat your phone as totaled, unrepairable.
