If you flashed your phone with a stock ROM and not with one made for a completely different model, then you can flash it again, except if your battery is completely exhausted. Normally if the flashing process finishes properly, your phone cannot go bricked. That has never happened to me, not even after hundreds of flashing.

i flashed it with the v1.8 now i tried to reflash it i got BROM ERROR: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM FAIL 4032

during the flashing process suddenly i got an error 1013 i tried many times to reflash it i got every time error 4032 could you please help me

i wanna know how to install the preloader driver plz

You couldn't start the flashing process without a working preloader driver, so that should be okay at you. Anyway, the provided driver package contains it.
You should try to flash with another computer or at least connected to another USB port, that is on the back panel of your PC. If you still get stuck in the flashing process, then the flash memory of your phone might be defective. However, that has a very little chance.
