Bokeh problem

Hey guys,


I'm having problems with using the bokeh feature on my zpro.


Basically instead of processing the whole image in bokeh, it just blurs 1/3 of the screen on the bottom. Anyone knows how to fix this?

I'm wondering if it's a similar problem to what I had, maybe it's not has bad as mine was, but maybe the lenses are slightly hitting the front glass causing a lot of these problems. Just an idea, as when I opened my z pro there is quite a bit of movement with the camera module. Maybe some of them are just touching slightly at top or bottom as module maybe sitting at a slight angle. Try giving it a light tap firmly on your hand, screen side hitting hand near the top where the camera is to move the module, just to see if it makes a difference.

Maybe reflashing the software with SPFT can fix it.

I tried the tap and din't worked. Thanks for the tip anyway...

i tried to do a hard reset but the option does not appear anymore when i try to do it with volume down + power key.
Sorry, noob here, what is SPFT?
