OTG don't recognized

I have tried to use OTG cable on my umi z
But It didn't worked even after I've tried two different cables
How can I fix it?

i have bought that item and it arrived today and i connected a usb mouse and flash drive but still it dont work
what should i do

Normally it should work, just checked it now again with the latest software.



It's probably a contact issue. Try to connect a simple optical mouse and move the USB-C connector of your OTG adapter until the red light on your mouse turns on. Maybe you have to find a certain point. I also recommend to clean the contacts with isopropyl alcohol.

or u can just sell that excellent phone and get a proper one ,
