Next update

After waiting for an OTA updates for June's Nougat, I was about to give up on Umidigi, it had been a good phone when on Marshmellow, and even on Nougat it was still good with the exception of moving from wifi to 4G/3G which necessitated a bloody reboot. In desperation one final look at this forum and I find this thread, no OTA for the June update but a way to download a zip and install from a SD card. Now done and the wifi to 4G seems to be working again, faith restored in Umidigi, maybe time will tell......

O meu problema estava relacionado com a função dual-sim, tente usar apenas um chipe (sem o cartão SD ou o SIM 2)
e ver se o problema ocorre da mesma forma.


Se não ocorrer eu recomendo formatar seu celular e atualizar pra ultima versão, foi assim que corrigi meu problema.

All official updates get released via OTA but changelogs are never available in advance.

Will there be a new update?
If not could you please tell me some info
about the source code release?
If there are no update  coming since the 0710
version I'll start working on a custom ROM myself
so any source code (or datasheets) for the mt6797x SOC or the onboard peripherals would be highly appreciated.
