You've already been saying for a week that processing takes longer the first period. How long would that be.....
Shipping in progress?...They're either shipped or not. If pre-adviced then you should have tracking numbers.
I'm probably shipping back the phone to DX to get a refund because I have no confidence in this being reolved by Umi. I also do not trust any replacement battery at the moment because there is no detailed explanation about the initial problem at all. Till now no one from Umi has explained anything and no one has promissed me a new safe design replacement battery. If any replacement battery is shipped ever then I'm now thinking I will get exactly the same type of battery and will exactly the same issue in 2 or 3 months. At that point I'm sure Umi will say that it's out of warranty and the same will count for DX. I'm not willing to throw away €240 euros!
