What is going on with the communication habits of UMIDIGI?

Please give us finally an update how far the Crystal is developed or when it can be purchased.
Letting us all hanging in the air for such a long time is just not right and might result in many potential customers to walk away?

Peeking already at the competition (not mentioning any brand names here) as they 1st. are aware of good or at least better communication habits and 2nd they are actually "available" on the market.

Please UMIDIGI...give your community something to work with...all we want is an update!
