It's the worst phone i ever buy.
Here is some of the problems i have:
1. People in other side cannot hear me well, i have  to speak
louder.
2. The connectivity is very bad, in places that have 4g with my old phone, with C Note I even dont have 3g, it's edge.
3. The battery- in economy mode her life is 12 hours. NO COMMENT.
4. During call or watching videos phone heating so much.
5. Right now when i'm writing this post cannot open my dropping menu, and automatic light sensor is going crazy.
I can't believe how can be produced a phone whits so much bugs in 2017 year.

Hi,
We are sorry for your inconvenience but no one of your issues are present on a C Note with intact hardware and software.
to get a clean installation of the system software, I suggest you to backup your personal data, and flash the latest ROM with SP Flash Tool in Firmware Upgrade mode. Then please download and install your apps again, do not restore any app data backup.

If your issues still persist, please try to remove your SD card (if you have one) and test your phone without is, and/or try to use a different SIM-card.
